NRVPC

NRVPC provides managed IT services to businesses across Northern Virginia and the DC metro area — network management, cybersecurity, cloud services, and helpdesk support. As a managed IT provider, their credibility depends heavily on appearing competent and professional online. Their previous web presence didn't reflect the enterprise-level services they actually deliver.

This was a full Webflow development engagement — design implementation, CMS setup, service pages, and consultation booking — built so the NRVPC team could own and manage the site independently after launch.

The Brief

NRVPC needed a site that:

  • Looked enterprise-grade to attract business clients who evaluate vendors on professionalism
  • Clearly communicated each service offering to non-technical buyers
  • Could be updated by the NRVPC team without developer support
  • Had a clear path for prospects to request a consultation

The technical audience this firm serves evaluates vendors critically. A site that looked like a generic WordPress theme would undermine the sales conversation before it started.

What Was Built

Webflow development on a professional template base: Started from a well-built Webflow template and customized it to NRVPC's brand and service structure — layout adjustments, component styling, and responsive breakpoints tuned in the designer. Starting from a solid template kept the budget focused on content, structure, and the details that matter to their buyers rather than reinventing scaffolding.

Service pages: Individual pages for each service offering (managed networks, cybersecurity, cloud, helpdesk) with clear descriptions of what each service includes, who it's for, and what to expect. Written for a business owner audience, not an IT audience.

Client-owned Webflow account: NRVPC fully owns their site on their own Webflow account and subscription. They're not locked into a retainer with me to make content changes — they can update the site directly through the Webflow Editor, and nothing about the site depends on me staying in the loop.

Webflow CMS: A blog/insights section set up as a Webflow CMS collection, so the NRVPC team can publish industry news and service updates without touching the design layer.

Consultation booking integration: A consultation request form connected to the NRVPC team's workflow — prospects can request a call or on-site assessment directly from the site.

The Result

A professional Webflow site that reflects the quality of NRVPC's services. The business development team can update service content, add case studies, and publish blog posts independently. The consultation form generates qualified leads without requiring a developer in the loop.

This project is a representative example of Webflow development for a professional services company — a platform that delivers an enterprise-grade result while keeping the client in control of their content.
